Lumen Dental: online booking for a three-clinic practice
A calm, mobile-first clinic website where patients pick a clinic, treatment, dentist and time in under a minute.
A concept project with an invented business: no client results are claimed.
Challenge
Small healthcare practices lose patients to phone queues: people want to book at 11 pm on their phone, see real availability and get a reminder, while reception needs fewer calls, not another system to babysit.
Solution
A booking flow in five short steps (clinic, treatment, dentist, time, details) that only asks for personal data at the end, shows real free slots per dentist, and confirms instantly. In a real project it connects to the practice-management software, sends SMS and email reminders, and records GDPR consent with each booking.
Process
Try it: book a visit at any clinic and watch the dentists and times change with your choices. Busy slots are crossed out; the confirmation shows what the patient would receive.
